Since the dawn of time people have been migrating for several reasons. Some playing factors can be; weather, famine, war, and violence. There are plenty of stories of how different walks of life came to this country and they all commonly share one thing which is the act of migrating. However in today’s media, politics vilifies the latino community with humiliating words, such as illegal aliens, wetbacks, anchor babies, terrorists, drug dealers, and rapist. Every human being has their own imperfections. However by placing degrading stereotypes and labels on a culture is not going to solve anything. In most cases, design is commonly used for commercialization and in this context it is used for creating a wider perspective. The Monarch carries the natural symbolism of why humans migrate and that is doing whatever it takes to survive.
